We are one of the only studios in New Zealand with a fully built-in yoga wall system. The wall system is frequently used in our alignment classes to modify and enhance traditional yoga poses, often as a supportive guide. 


The Yoga Wall System utilises adjustable straps and supportive pelvic slings adaptable to all body types. Equally ideal for beginners who enjoy the safety and support and balance and more advanced yogis who relish the use of gravity to deepen their experience of asana. Students with existing injuries or limitations will find that the Yoga Wall provides additional support allowing freedom of movement in their joints and muscles.
