Rahu Yoga
Matt is a full time yoga teacher and yoga has been an integral and central part of his life for a decade. He first connected with the practice of yoga after going through psychological struggles while at university. In short order he experienced a marked improvement in his mental health and realised that it was essential for him to study the practice more deeply.
After three years of dedicated practice he was invited to attend a two month intensive teacher programme under the tutelage of world renowned senior Iyengar teacher Glenn Ceresoli and has since attended multiple retreats and workshops to deepen his knowledge and practice. Rahu Yoga is Matt's own 'brand' of yoga which embodies Iyengar principles with his own unique approach and individual style.
In 2020 Matt began to explore the contemplative and meditative practices of Tibetan Buddhism under the guidance of Lama Choedak Rinpoche. Matt is now trained in mindfulness and meditation and conducts regular 8 week Calm-Abiding Meditation courses at Zelkova

Ashtanga Yoga
Madi is vastly experienced in Ashtanga yoga and she guides students through the sequence of poses which develop a deep mind body experience connected by breath. Mysore Style allows each individual student to work at their own level and pace and access full assistance for postures that are challenging.
Madi is deservedly held in very high regard by Ashtanga students. Her Mysore Style classes are your opportunity to experience expert guidance in this very popular style of yoga.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower and largely floor based style of gentle yoga which is a marvellous tonic for mobility. With longer holds in poses, muscles, tendons and 'fascia' have a chance to 'let go' and invite the practitioner into a deeper meditative state. Yin is a wonderful complement to more dynamic yoga classes and is perfect for stress reduction and mental clarity.
With her infectious enthusiasm, Clelia has recently embarked on teaching the art of Yin yoga. Her blend of gentle guidance and nurturing support creates a welcoming environment for students of all levels, and her dedication to sharing the benefits of Yin shines through in every session. Clelia’s vibrant energy and commitment to promoting well-being make her an endearing figure and her influence is leaving a lasting impression on those she guides along their yoga journey.
